All goods are sent by either Post Haste Couriers, Aramex for oversized items or NZ Post if you are rural as NZ rural post is a sub-contractor to Aramex.
Delivery times vary depending on time of year and stock availability, however normally major city North Island delivery 1-2 days, South Island or Rural 3 to 4 days. International 7 to 10 days.
Please check your goods to ensure they are not damaged before signing for them. We will send you a tracking number when we send the goods out to you and you can use this to collect your goods from the local depot. See our terms of service.
If the courier drops goods at your door and the goods are subsequently stolen we will need a police report and case number confirming the goods are stolen before we can replace them.
Please check your goods for damage before signing acceptance. If you sign for the goods then find them damaged we will not be able to replace item for you. Please return any damaged goods to Home Grown Kiwi, 667 Tremaine Ave, Palmerston North 4414. We will need photos of the damaged goods including the exterior of the box and also your order number/receipt number and return address to be added to the box. Alternatively contact the courier company that delivered the goods and put a claim in directly with them. You have 48 hours after delivery to confirm if the goods have been damaged any delay will mean you waive any rights to have the goods replaced.
