Fine buffered coir - a natural growing fibre! Coco Coir comes from the fibrous husk of the inner shell of a coconut. 

You can grow directly into the coir or add it to an existing mix. Coco fibre will increase water retention and aids in nutrient holding. It will also help to aerate the soil when mixed into soil, potting mixes or compost and has also been known to attract worms or act as a pest repellent.
